WILL THE STREAM AUTOMATICALLY START?
Yes, provided you see the ‘introduction holding screen’ (above), the stream will start automatically when the show starts. If you are watching the stream on a mobile device, then you might need to press the Play symbol in the window to start the stream.
I’VE ALREADY REGISTERED ON MY LAPTOP; CAN I WATCH THE STREAM ON ANOTHER DEVICE?
Yes you can. You’ll need to sign in on this new device using the email address and password from the original registration.
CAN I WATCH THE LIVE STREAM ON A SMARTPHONE OR TABLET?
The live stream can be viewed on an android or apple smartphone or tablet device, as well as standard desktop and laptop computers. If you are using a mobile device connected via public wifi, please ensure that it isn’t heavily contended. Too many people using the same wifi hotspot can result in your device not having enough bandwidth to receive the stream.
MY STREAM HAS STOPPED WORKING, WHAT CAN I DO?
This may be due to your internet connection. Refreshing your browser screen very often resolves this issue. Ensure you have internet connectivity by opening up another tab and browse for a different address, i.e. Google. It is also good practice to close down all other applications to ensure the best possible playback of the stream.
WHAT INTERNET SPEED SHOULD I HAVE TO RECEIVE THE STREAM?
We recommend a minimum of 3mbps download speed. You can also watch the stream if your device is connected to 4g or wifi. If you are using public wifi, your stream may stop if too many other people are using the wifi hotspot.
WHAT BROWSER SHOULD I USE?
We recommend google chrome as the preferred playback browser, although the stream will also work with other mainstream browsers such as windows explorer, safari and firefox. Please always make sure you have latest version of browser.
THE STREAM IS PLAYING BUT THERE IS NO SOUND, WHAT CAN I DO?
Check the volume settings on your computer.
HOW DO I TURN ON FULL SCREEN TO WATCH?
The full screen option, which is activated by clicking an icon in the bottom right hand corner of the viewing window, will only be visible once the live stream has begun. Simply click the full screen icon to maximise your viewing experience. If the picture becomes a little ‘blocky’, this will be because either your internet speed is to low or your computer’s graphics capability can’t really support full screen live streaming. If this persists, we recommend you go back to the smaller screen to ensure picture quality.
